Pali CAmp Payment Options

Option 1: Pay in Full
Total Cost: $520 per student
Includes program tuition, cabin accommodations, and transportation to and from camp.
$520 due November 15, 2025
Make a single payment and you’re all set! You’ll manually submit your payment by November 15.

Option 2: 4-Payment Plan (Automatic Payments) — NEW!
$130 per payment, charged automatically
How it works:
After you submit your first payment of $130, we’ll automatically charge your payment method on the same date each month for the next three months.
Example: If you make your first payment on November 10, your card will be charged automatically on December 10, January 10, and February 10.
Option 3: 4-Payment Plan (Manual Payments)
$130 per payment
You’ll make four payments on your own by these dates:
- Payment 1 – November 15, 2025
- Payment 2 – December 15, 2025
- Payment 3 – January 15, 2026
- Final Payment – February 15, 2026
You’ll need to remember to log in and submit each payment by the due date.
Important things to know about automatic payments:
✓ Set reminders for yourself – Even though payments are automatic, we recommend adding the charge dates to your calendar so you can ensure funds are available.
✓ Plan ahead – Please make sure sufficient funds are in your account a few days before each charge date to avoid overdraft fees from your bank.
✓ Automatic payments cannot be canceled – Once you select this option, all four payments will process automatically. If you think you might need more flexibility with payment dates, please choose the manual payment option instead.
✓ Payment retries – If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll try again. However, this may delay processing and could affect your child’s registration.
✓ Need to change your payment date? Contact us at ptapresidentteddy@gmail.com at least 4 days before your next scheduled charge if you need to adjust anything.

Pali Camp will be happening April 22-24, with students leaving early morning on 4/22 from Roosevelt.
