Your Roosevelt Destination Imagination teams are almost ready for launch, but we need a little help in the control room before all systems are GO!
We’re looking for two brave, selfless, and curious souls to complete our mission by volunteering as Appraisers at the Destination Imagination Regional Tournament on February 21 in San Bernardino. Appraisers are mission-critical — teams need you to evaluate and reward them for all their hard work!
Though it may seem like one giant leap to get to the final frontier of San Bernardino, Appraisers will get a front-row seat to students’ exploration of creativity, innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving as they tackle hands-on STEAM-based challenges. Online training will brief you on your assignment and let you know what to expect.
DI tournaments are 100% volunteer-run, and without enough Appraisers, the mission will have to be scrubbed. Registration countdown has already begun and needs to be finalized ASAP! Please consider if you or someone you know can help us out this year. Any recruits 18 and older are welcome.
