Our “Building Confidence in Kids” parent ed session was recorded! It was both informative and insightful. Our speakers shared both research on confidence and tips for building confidence – naming your inner critic, building a mistake ritual, moving towards goals one small step at a time, nurturing a positive self-view and self compassion, pointing out small successes and practicing this regularly.
