Thin out your family’s sneaker collection without trashing your old kicks. An estimated 600 million pairs of shoes go into America’s landfills every year — 100% of these sneakers can be recycled, and the majority of them can still be reused.
You can still drop off any unwanted sneakers, no matter the condition, in the bin outside the main office this week, January 5-9 — we’ve already recycled 60 pairs!
The sneakers we collect will help raise money to support Roosevelt Elementary PTA and will help our environment by keeping sneakers out of landfills.
