Santa Monica–Malibu Unified School District Hosts 2nd Annual Parent Academy

The Santa Monica–Malibu Unified School District is excited to welcome families to the 2nd Annual Parent Academy, a free, day-long event designed to support parents and caregivers with tools, resources, and information to help students thrive.
What to Expect
All sessions will be available in English and Spanish.
Sessions will cover a variety of topics, including:
Pathways to college
Understanding Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Section 504 plans
And much more!
Free breakfast and lunch. Families can enjoy complimentary meals during the event.
Childcare will be available. Parents can attend sessions while children are cared for on-site.
Raffle prizes! Attendees will have the chance to win gift cards, spa packages, and other surprises.
