Support Our Community school!

Welcome to the Roosevelt Elementary PTA! Our school thrives when families come together, and the PTA is at the heart of building that strong sense of community. By donating and participating, you’re directly supporting the programs, events, and activities that make Roosevelt special—from family nights and cultural celebrations to classroom enrichment and teacher support. From Pier Pleasure, to Back to School Picnic, to Talent Show and book fairs, every community event is made possible by parents like you, working hand in hand to create meaningful experiences for our kids. Your involvement not only strengthens your child’s school journey, but also helps foster lasting bonds that make Roosevelt feel like home.

Annual Giving

Our annual goal is to raise $450 per student. Annual Giving pays for things we take for granted – desks and chairs, SmartBoards, computers, field trips, and our campus – things not funded by the State or District. Every gift counts, no matter the size.

pta membership

The PTA gives parents a network to share experiences, ideas and concerns within the school community. There is no better way to promote the welfare of all children at Roosevelt than by joining the PTA.

safety donation

Your Safety Donation will help fund emergency and earthquake supplies as well as fund child-safety programs. We ask $15 per student, per year. Thank you for your support!

5th grade fund

Donations will go towards sponsoring students that need financial assistance for Pali Science Camp. Additional donations will help fund special 5th grade activities like graduation, field day and the dance.

santa monica education foundation

The suggested district-wide ask is $900 per child. We ask that families donate an amount that is meaningful to them. Our community is built from a varied range of circumstances, and that diversity is what makes this a truly wonderful place to live.

Volunteer!

Roosevelt is a vibrant and positive learning community, in large part due to our dedicated and 100% volunteer-powered PTA/Booster Club.  There are many ways that you can help out. Your ideas, your time, your talents and your voice are all vital to our success.
